First off, this company had a human answer the phone not AI!! Of course I had an emergency AC breakdown on a weekend. They said they were unable to come until midweek but I received a phone call 1/2 hour later saying they would get me in the next day on Sunday. The tech arrived early and gave plenty of advanced notice. He kept me updated throughout the service call with the diagnosis and repair time. He was professional and friendly . I would absolutely use them again.

Great service today on our Gen Set by Cash. Contacted us prior to the appointment conducted the service in a proper time and informed us of everything. Great customer service.

Initial call was for a lose of cooling. Diagnosis was a failed capacitor. The tech replaced it and got the system up and running fast.

We had Mike come out to do a water heater and hvac service and he found some issues. Very quickly they gave us a quote on the service needed to get the ac up to par. We were lucky that they had time the next day to replace our leaky water heater. Mike went above and beyond to communicate with the work being done.

Technician was great very knowledgeable figured out the problem and was able to get me the best deal on a new AC unit.
