Impressive! My elderly client was without AC, they came out yesterday to check the system, and fixed it today! Even gave her a senior discount. They were there at the time they said they would be. Advanced Air Systems drove out to my home in Overgaard twice. First time, Austin Allen was on time for the service call and diagnosed the problem quickly. He is professional and courteous and explained every detail. He needed to order a part and because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, there was a small delay. That was not a problem with me. He explained the cost involved up front as there were no surprises or hidden fees. A week later, Austin Allen returned with the part. Again, he was on time and courteous, worked in 29-degree temps, and had my furnace up and running within 30 minutes. Easy company to work with. Austin Allen could not have been a better spokesperson for the company. i will contact Advanced Air Systems with any future needs.
Update. 9/10/25. I had Advanced Air return to my home to do a checkup on my a/c unit. I also had them install an updated thermostat. I have to say, Alex was exceptional, efficient, on time, and friendly. He offered some great suggestions, and I trust his opinion. I will definitely call them if the need arises. AJM. Update: 7/9/26. I called advanced air for a hvac summer tune-up. Once again they continue to be all of the above and more. MIKE was my tech this time. He is phenomenal. Pleasant, positive, and went above and beyond. A neighbor's run-away car ran into our A/C Condenser and I called Advanced Air Systems. They immediately sent our Reggie who performed a complete inspection of our A/C System. He also provided a detailed Inspection Report which I was able to provide the Insurance Company.

First off, this company had a human answer the phone not AI!! Of course I had an emergency AC breakdown on a weekend. They said they were unable to come until midweek but I received a phone call 1/2 hour later saying they would get me in the next day on Sunday. The tech arrived early and gave plenty of advanced notice. He kept me updated throughout the service call with the diagnosis and repair time. He was professional and friendly . I would absolutely use them again.
