Advanced Air Systems drove out to my home in Overgaard twice. First time, Austin Allen was on time for the service call and diagnosed the problem quickly. He is professional and courteous and explained every detail. He needed to order a part and because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, there was a small delay. That was not a problem with me. He explained the cost involved up front as there were no surprises or hidden fees. A week later, Austin Allen returned with the part. Again, he was on time and courteous, worked in 29-degree temps, and had my furnace up and running within 30 minutes. Easy company to work with. Austin Allen could not have been a better spokesperson for the company. i will contact Advanced Air Systems with any future needs.
Update. 9/10/25. I had Advanced Air return to my home to do a checkup on my a/c unit. I also had them install an updated thermostat. I have to say, Alex was exceptional, efficient, on time, and friendly. He offered some great suggestions, and I trust his opinion. I will definitely call them if the need arises. AJM. Update: 7/9/26. I called advanced air for a hvac summer tune-up. Once again they continue to be all of the above and more. MIKE was my tech this time. He is phenomenal. Pleasant, positive, and went above and beyond. I will definitely have him back to do any future work. Thx Mike. AJM
