Our safety and security is the utmost importance to my husband and I. We are retired and recently moved here to Safford. Advanced Air does a remarkable job of ensuring we feel safe when their technicians come to our home. They always send pictures and a bio of each technician who will be coming to our home. They are always courteous and respectful and very pleasant. Even the staff who answer the phones provide the best customer service. This is something that is hard to find these days. The technicians are knowledgeable and seem well trained. Who would have imagined that an air conditioning company even provide plumbers. Even though we are on a limited budget we buy their VIP service package. They take good care of us.
