your technician Robby Stauffer was efficient, friendly and patient he fixed the ac unit, and even listened to the whole story about all the stuff that led up to the ac breakdown. What a guy, he deserves a raise.
I'd call him again if anything else breaks down.

The technician came and was very polite and friendly and checked our heating and cooling system which he said was in excellent condition and working properly. He did state the we did not have a surge protection on the system and was going to send us information on getting that.

Original installation was fine. After a few days, a problem developed, a service call put the unit into "normal" operation. After a two month wait, the parts arrived and the new unit is fully operational. The staff and technicians were professional, courteous, and helpful. Only four stars for the waiting on parts.

Brayden has been to my place twice, and was very efficient and knowledgeable in doing repairs on my A/C system. The best part is that Advanced Air gets to their customers quickly, as soon as I make a repair request. I will "always" call them for my repairs! Great company!! 👍
