Today’s service was the type of service we had always expected, but was lacking in the past. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He talked about our system and explained the checkup protocols that were needed.
Not to downgrade the service we received today, but I must tell whomever reads this review they must understand this is a stark change from the technicians of the past whom I believe sabotaged our new system and then repaired it for many thousands of dollars. Being new to this area we were taken and will always be on guard

Over the weekend our unit stopped cooling, and Marcus came out Saturday to diagnose it for us. He was so friendly, and knowledgeable! He took his time and got us working again. He was professional and courteous and I highly recommend him for all your ac needs!!! 10/10
