Our Service Technician from Advanced Air, Mike Nicholson,came out today to do our Generator Maintenance Tune-up. He was on time, and very knowledgeable.

So far, we have received a quote and put a down payment on a Generac whole house generator. Advanced has been very responsive to our contacting them and answering all of our questions. Reggie is a very good and knowledgeable sales person who gave a quick and thorough quote within an hour after arriving at our place, so he could see what he was dealing with and where to install the generator. Let's see how the installation goes...

We had maintenance done on our heating/air conditioning unit, we decided to go with some extra cleaning and put in a new filtering system. Aleck was a pleasure to work with. He got everything done in a timely fashion and explained everything to us! We’ve used Advanced Air for 20 year and we are never disappointed with the services or any of the employees!

Technician responded to our report of AC not working within one hour. Right away found and fixed the problem of a wire that had vibrated loose. Went ahead and serviced our unit since it was close to our next service date. Technician did not charge us for fixing the loose wire and since we are VIP members we were not charged for a service call. So we went from a non working AC to having ours fixed and serviced within an hour of our call and we were not charged anything. Great service.

Duncan came by my daughters house to fix a drain line that popped up in her master shower I thought it was a massive job but he looked at it and came out with a simple easy solution which I overlooked saving money and time wish all technicians were this honest

ADVANCED AIR put in our new HVAC last Summer and we have nothing to say except good about this company! Lonnie and his team are excellent,on time when they say they will come, know their trade and treat their customers like family!Never had another company come 2 times a year to service our unit either! Would highly recommend this company!

This was one of the best experiences I have had when it came to my home. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the in’s and out’s of my current mini-split systems problems and what exactly the repairs would consist of. He made sure that there were no questions left unanswered. He was extremely helpful!!
